At Shop Aris, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal service conditions.

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order. From time to time, Shop Aris may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear once the package is in transit.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Shop Aris is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it before shipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow a few additional days for courier updates. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
